	* gcc.dg/compat/vector-1_x.c: Do not XFAIL on SPARC.
	Guard with #ifndef SKIP_ATTRIBUTE.
	* gcc.dg/compat/vector-1_y.c: Likewise.
	* gcc.dg/compat/vector-2_x.c: Likewise.
	* gcc.dg/compat/vector-2_y.c: Likewise.
	* g++.dg/eh/simd-1.C: Do not XFAIL on SPARC.
	* g++.dg/eh/simd-2.C: Likewise.
