Fix std::variant test for ILP32 targets

	* testsuite/20_util/variant/compile.cc: Fix narrowing test for ILP32
	targets. Add more cases from P0608R3.
	* testsuite/20_util/variant/run.cc: Add more cases from P0608R3.
