[OpenMP] Fix 'omp exit data' for Fortran arrays (PR 94635)

	* gimplify.c (gimplify_scan_omp_clauses): For MAP_TO_PSET with
	OMP_TARGET_EXIT_DATA, use 'release:' unless the associated
