acinclude.m4 (GLIBCPP_CHECK_COMPILER_VERSION): If we can use -fdiagnostics-show-location=once, do so.

	  -fdiagnostics-show-location=once, do so.  Expand AC_LANG_* to

	* configure:  Regenerate.

	* docs/faq/index.html:  Update location of libg++ FAQ.
	* docs/faq/index.txt:  Regenerate.
