xm-lynx.h (HOST_BITS_PER_CHAR): Delete.

	* config/xm-lynx.h (HOST_BITS_PER_CHAR): Delete.
	(HOST_BITS_PER_{SHORT,INT,LONG,LONGLONG}): Likewise.
	(mktemp): Provide our own, lynx's definition isn't standard.
