c-common.h (check_function_format): Remove first parameter.

	finish_dollar_format_checking, check_format_types,
	check_function_format): Remove first parameter.  Don't use
	status_warning.
	(check_format_arg): Don't use status_warning.
	(status_warning): Remove.
