go-gcc.cc (Gcc_backend::immutable_struct): If IS_COMMON, set DECL_WEAK.

	* go-gcc.cc (Gcc_backend::immutable_struct): If IS_COMMON, set
	DECL_WEAK.
	(GCC_backend::immutable_struct_set_init): If IS_COMMON, clear
	DECL_WEAK.
