faq.xml: Fix anachronisms.

	* doc/xml/manual/intro.xml (Make): Tweak grammar and whitespace.
	* doc/xml/manual/support.xml (NULL): Use inline <code> element
	instead of <programlisting> block.
	* doc/html/*: Regenerate.
