configure.in: Support cross-compiling.

	* configure.in: Support cross-compiling.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* aclocal.m4 (gcc_AC_COMPILE_CHECK_SIZEOF): New.
	(gcc_AC_EXAMINE_OBJECT): New.
