rtl.h (PUT_CODE, PUT_MODE): Remove ENUM_BITFIELD cast.

        * rtl.h (PUT_CODE, PUT_MODE): Remove ENUM_BITFIELD cast.
        * tree.h (TREE_SET_CODE): Likewise.
        * recog.h (struct insn_operand_data): Move const after ENUM_BITFIELD.
