Options

configure.in (--enable-new-gxx-abi): New option. 

	* configure.in (--enable-new-gxx-abi): New option.
	* acconfig.h (ENABLE_NEW_GXX_ABI): New define.
	* Makefile.in (GXX_ABI_FLAG): New variable.
	* configure: Regenerate.
