configure.in: Pull AC_CHECK_HEADER call out of shell if statement to avoid trouble when... 


	* configure.in: Pull AC_CHECK_HEADER call out of shell if statement
	to avoid trouble when updating to autoconf 2.5x.
	* configure: Regenerate (with autoconf 2.13 still).
