configure.in: If the native compiler is GCC use $(WARN_CFLAGS) even in stage1. 

	* configure.in: If the native compiler is GCC use $(WARN_CFLAGS)
	even in stage1.
	* Makefile.in: Likewise.
	* configure: Regenerated.
