Options

* Makefile.tpl (BUILD_EXPORTS, HOST_EXPORTS, GCC_HOST_EXPORTS) 

	(STAGE_HOST_EXPORTS, BASE_TARGET_EXPORTS, RAW_CXX_TARGET_EXPORTS)
	(NORMAL_TARGET_EXPORTS): New macros.  Use them in all the recursive
	targets.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
