	Add.
	* include/std/limits: Use the latter everywhere.
	(numeric_limits<char16_t>, numeric_limits<char32_t>): Simplify
	macro usages, the specializations exist only in C++0x mode.
	* testsuite/ext/profile/mutex_extensions_neg.cc: Adjust dg-error
	line number.
