pt.c (for_each_template_parm): Walk into TYPENAME_TYPEs, INDIRECT_REFs, and COMPONENT_REFs.

	* pt.c (for_each_template_parm): Walk into TYPENAME_TYPEs,
	INDIRECT_REFs, and COMPONENT_REFs.  Handle FIELD_DECLs.
