sparc.md (G[0-7]_REG, [...]): New constants.

	* config/sparc/sparc.md (G[0-7]_REG, O[0-7]_REG, L[0-7]_REG,
	I[0-7]_REG, F[0-62]_REG, FCC[0-3]_REG, CC_REG, SFP_REG): New
	constants.  Use them everywhere.
