Options

vxarm.h: Split out vxWorks support into separate headerfile and vxify. 

        * arm/vxarm.h: Split out vxWorks support into separate headerfile
        and vxify.
        * arm/arm.c (cpu_defaults): Allow arm710 as default.
        * configure.in: Split out vxWorks support for Arm.
        * configure: Rebuilt.
