Warning fixes:

        * ch-tree.h (build_delay_case_end): Remove unused parameter.
        (build_receive_case_end): Likewise.
        (check_queue_size): Likewise.

        * satisfy.c: Likewise.
        * tasking.c (build_receive_buffer_case_end): Remove unused
