configure.in (enable_coverage): New enable switch.

	* configure.in (enable_coverage): New enable switch.
	* configure: Rebuilt.
	* Makefile.in (COVERAGE_FLAGS, coverageexts): New variables.
	(INTERNAL_CFLAGS): Append COVERAGE_FLAGS.
	(ALL_FLAGS): Reorder so INTERNAL_CFLAGS comes after CFLAGS.
	(mostlyclean): Remove coverage files.
