[Ada] Update -fdump-ada-spec documentation

gcc/ada/

	* doc/gnat_ugn/the_gnat_compilation_model.rst: Update doc on
	-fdump-ada-spec now that we generate Ada 2012.
	* gnat_ugn.texi: Regenerate.
