Makefile.in: Rebuilt. 

	* include/Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
	* Makefile.in: Rebuilt
	* Makefile.am (toolexeclibdir): Add $(MULTISUBDIR) even for native
	builds.
	Use USE_LIBDIR.

	* configure: Rebuilt.
	* configure.in (USE_LIBDIR): Define for native builds.
	Use lowercase in configure --help explanations.
