Makefile.in: Rebuilt.

	* include/Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
	* Makefile.in: Rebuilt
	* Makefile.am (toolexeclibdir): Add $(MULTISUBDIR) even for native
	builds.
	Use USE_LIBDIR.
